Cost of Living Adviser

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our busy cost of living team to support community members through the current crisis.  This is a non-legal role suitable for those who want to develop their career in an advice environment.  

Salary: £24,720 per annum plus 4% employer pension contribution
Hours: Full Time – 35 hours per week
Term: Initial fixed term contract for one year, with the intent to secure onwards funding to make the role permanent
Based at: Hybrid working with a permanent base at our Croydon office as well as outreach locations in the three boroughs we work in at least two days per week.
