We’ve been awarded Debt Team of the Year 2021

Our Money Advice team has been named Debt Team of the Year at Debt Free London’s inaugural Debt Free Awards.

The awards ceremony was held on Friday 10 December 2021 during Debt Free London’s end of year celebration at Toynbee Hall. The judges summarised our team’s outstanding work as follows:

“The debt team at South West London Law Centres provides high-quality holistic seamless service to clients, via multiple points of access into their service. They have consistently exceeded the quality score benchmark and ensured their clients with multiple issues are referred to their in-house housing, immigration, family and employment projects. South West London Law Centres was highly commended in the prestigious Law Society Awards 2021 for excellence in access to justice. They have an outstanding number of Trustpilot reviews with clients rating their advisers as exceptional.”

Accepting the award, Roni Marsh, Money Advice team leader, thanked the judges and team for all their hard work over the year. She later commented:

“The team has worked incredibly hard in really difficult circumstances. So many people in need of debt advice are facing multiple complex issues, often made worse by the pandemic, but our team has delivered consistently excellent advice and we’re so grateful to have that recognised. We’re also grateful to those clients who have taken the time to review our service.”
