The 2024 London Legal Walk: Walk with SWLLC 

We, at South West London Law Centres (SWLLC), are thrilled to invite you to this year’s London Legal Walk on Tuesday, 18th June 2024, hosted by the London Legal Support Trust (LLST), as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of this incredible event. This year also marks our organisation’s 50th anniversary, and we welcome you to join us in supporting our decades-long commitment to free legal advice services for those who need it most.  

The need for free legal assistance is more critical than ever, especially with the ever-rising living costs. By participating in the London Legal Walk, you will help us provide essential support and raise donations so that we can assist more people in areas such as debt, benefits, housing, asylum, and domestic violence. Your involvement ensures justice is accessible to all, regardless of their financial situation. 

This year’s event promises not only to be impactful but also a lot of fun! Starting at 3pm and closing at 7pm, you can register and begin your walk at a time that suits you best, avoiding any congestion on the route. The walk concludes with a vibrant street party on Carey Street, featuring street food vendors, fire jugglers, musicians, and a complimentary drink at The Last Judgment or Law Society bars.  

The walk offers traditional Parks and River routes, along with two shorter options for those who require an easier path. Maps will be available at registration, or you can scan a QR code to access the route online, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably and enjoyably. 

Every year, the London Legal Walk supports over 100 free legal advice charities, including South West London Law Centres, helping provide critical services to the community. If you would like to walk with our team, please register here.
