Walk with us for access to justice: London Legal Walk 2026

South West London Law Centres will be taking part in this year’s London Legal Walk on Tuesday 9 June 2026, joining thousands of people across the legal community to raise funds for free legal advice.

The London Legal Walk is one of the biggest events in the legal calendar. Organised by the London Legal Support Trust, it brings together law centres, advice agencies, law firms, chambers, in-house legal teams, students, volunteers and supporters to walk 10km in support of access to justice.

For SWLLC, the Walk is about more than one afternoon. Every year, we help over 5,000 people across South West London to understand and uphold their rights, stay in their homes, resolve employment problems, access benefits, manage debt, protect themselves and their families, and get the advice they need at some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

We know that too many people are locked out of justice because they cannot afford legal advice. The London Legal Walk is a practical way to stand with free legal advice charities like ours and help make sure people in our communities have somewhere trusted to turn.

Join Team SWLLC

We would love staff, volunteers, trustees, supporters, local partners and friends of the Law Centre to walk with us on Tuesday 9 June. The main route is 10km, with shorter accessible routes available for those who need them. Registration will be open from 3pm to 7pm, and the Walk will finish with a street party on Carey Street.

The final registration deadline is Friday 29 May 2026, but please sign up as soon as possible so we can plan our team.
