Free support for EUSS applications in Merton

Thanks to funding from Merton Council, we are offering free support with EUSS applications for anyone who lives, works or studies in the borough of Merton.

We can help with:

• Late EUSS applications
• Appealing an EUSS application refusal
• Changing from pre-settled to settled EUSS status

Pradeep Kumar, immigration team leader at the Law Centre, said:

“We are aware that there are a number of EU citizens living in Merton who have still not regularised their status, for whatever reason. We would urge anyone in that situation to contact us for help.”
