2025 Holiday Season – Updates to Our Service Hours
As the holiday season approaches, we want to keep you informed about our office hours and service availability. Please take note of the following changes:
Our offices will be closed to the public from 25th December to 2nd January (inclusive). During this time, we will not be conducting in-person consultations. The main reception phone line will be closed on all public holidays.
For urgent matters that require immediate attention, we will provide a limited reception service on the following dates:
- 24 December: 10am – 1pm
- 29 December – 31 December: 10am – 1pm
During these hours, availability to answer calls will be limited, but we will be actively responding to email enquiries and handling urgent matters.
All services may be reduced between 19 Dec – 5 January. Below you will find specific information about services that are specifically affected during the holiday period.
Housing
The Housing Advice Line will be closed from 19 December 2025 and will resume on 8 January 2026.
All community outreaches will also be paused from 19 December.
Money and Debt Advice
From Friday 19 December we will have our usual emergency service on 0808 109 8032 over the Christmas period open every week day from 9am to 2pm apart from bank holidays. Please ring the number and leave a message about the help you need and a member of that team will respond. They cannot answer any other subject legal questions only about Money or Debt advice. Employment
No pro bono services will be available from the end of December until mid-January.
One-Off Advice Clinics
Appointments will not be running from 22 December to 11 January.
