eVisa Transition

Get advice

Do you need help transitioning to an eVisa?

As the Home Office moves to eVisas and digitises services, Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs) and most Biometric Residence Cards (BRCs) will expire by 31 December 2024. If your visa extends beyond that date, you may face difficulties proving your immigration status, which could affect your ability to travel in and out of the UK.

We Can Help
We offer free support to assist you with the eVisa transition. We can help you set up your UKVI account, verify your identity, and register your ID documents.

Please note: we are unable to provide immigration advice as part of this service. Our support focuses solely on helping you transition to eVisas.

Who Can Access This Service?
Anyone with Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), Biometric Residence Card (BRC) or pending application for either. Please make sure to bring your relevant documents (BRP or BRC) with you to your appointment.
